Do you deliver?

- * Yes, we provide a free local delivery, set up and collection service.

- * For safety purposes we insist on a delivery only policy.

Q. Do you require a deposit when booking?
- * No, we do not require a deposit.

Q. What are your payment methods?
- * Cash and Paypal we don't accept Cheques unless autherised. Please do not be offended as no offense is meant cash on Delivery please or Paypal.

Q. How much notice do you require?
- * The sooner you can book the better especially during the summer/holiday period. We will confirm your booking a few days before your hire.

Q. How long do we hire the equipment for*?
- * For a Day Hire we deliver approximately between 8am and 10am and collect approximately between 4pm and 6pm. For Evening Hire we deliver approximately between 4pm and 6pm and collect approximately between 10pm and 12midnight. We also do over night hires at small extra charge see Hire details. We will try and be as flexible as we can and work around your needs and party plans.

Q. What if I have to cancel?
- * We do not charge a cancellation fee unless you cancel on the day of your hire for any other reason than bad weather. If you do cancel on the day we will have to charge you 50% of the full hire cost. If you are concerned about the possibility of bad weather then we recommend you book an indoor venue, eg: village hall or community centre.

Q. What happens if it rains?
- * Selected castles come with shower covers. We do not recommend you use the castle or slide when it rains as it becomes very dangerous and this is when most accidents and bumps and bruises are caused. We operate a no refund policy if the weather turns bad during your hire.

Q. Can a castle be used in high winds?
- * Inflatables should not be used when the wind or gusts are in excess of Force 5 on the Beaufort scale (19-24 mph). Force 5 is a fresh breeze when small trees in leaf begin to sway, whereas Force 6 is a strong breeze where large branches are in motion, whistling can be heard in telephone lines and umbrellas can only be handled with difficulty. Weather forecasts can be obtained from the Meteorological Office or by following the links on our Web-Site.

Q. How long does it take to setup & dismantle?
- * This is not a long process and usually takes approx 15-20 mins to set up and 20-30 mins to dismantle.

Q. Can your equipment be used indoors?
- * Yes, all our equipment can be used indoors, subject to sufficient clearances.

Q. What Power Supply do you need to run a Castle?
- * You will need a 240V Power Supply within 30m of the Castle site.
We do however carry on request a longer 240V Power Supply which is 45m Long.

Q. How much room does a castle require?
- * As a rule you will need the size of the castle ie: 12ft by 12ft and at least 2-3 ft at the rear, 2-3 ft at the sides and 5 ft at the front for safety mats and castle access.

Q. What surface do you need to site the inflatable?
- * Ideally all our inflatable's should be sited on a flat-grassed area, although they can also be used on a flat hard standing area with a Ground sheet to protect the Bouncy Castle. The installation site must be clear of all loose and sharp objects and clear of any animal deposits. If the site is unsuitable we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Never try to re-site an inflatable without a member of Bouncyness Castle staff being present. We are happy to advise on the suitability of your site before you book.

Q. Are your inflatable's inspected before use?
- * Yes, all our equipment is cleaned and checked for faults after each hire, ensuring you, the next customer of a safe, clean and fun hire.

Q. How old are your inflatables?
- * Some of our equipment was purchased in 2007/8/9 & 10 each inflatable is manufactured to the latest standards.

Q. What equipment comes with the inflatable?
- * Each castle comes complete with safety mats, securing pegs or bags, ground sheet, electric blower, extension lead and RCD safety adaptor.

Q. How much does it cost to hire and run a castle?
- * All our equipment includes free local delivery, set up and collection. The cost of each castle or garden game differs according to size and type. Please see our Hire Page. An average size Bouncy Castle blower will cost approx 50p to £1.00 a day to run, other than this there are no other running cost incurred to the hirer.

Q. Do you have an age limit for use on the castles/slides?
- * Only on selected equipment due to safety and insurance purposes Inflatable Castles/Slides and Equipment has an
age and max number limit, please see our Hire Page.

Q. Can adults use the castles?
- * Selected Inflatable Castles/Slides and Equipment are designed for Adults.

Q. Do you require any ID?
- * Yes, 2 forms of ID are required showing your name and address, these can be: driver's licence, utility bill etc.

Q. Do you supply safety instructions?
- * Yes, full detailed instructions are supplied with every hire.

Q. Do you supervise the children using the inflatable?
- * No we do not supervise anyone during your hire. We are only responsible for the safe set up and collection of each unit. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure adult supervision is given at all times when the Inflatable Castles/Slides and Equipment is in use.

- * You telephone. Please try and book early to avoid disappointment.
